Squirrel Jumps Off Since He Couldn't Get The Feed.

Last Thursday morning, I saw a squirrel on the tree branch and another one on the narrow cable that holds My Bird Feeder®.  One squirrel drops down to My Bird Feeder® and can't get at the feed.  After 1 minute and 35 seconds, the squirrel jumps off.

This is the abbreviated video. The long video is on another of my YouTube postings.

It has been a long time since I saw a squirrel on My Bird Feeder® and I was fortunate to record it.  The sun wasn't up yet so the colors aren't vivid.

Great Features of My Bird Feeder® over a normal tube feeder

1.  Squirrel resistant.

2.  No build up of moldy moist feed on the bottom, like the normal tube feeder; due to this new design

You don't have to clean the bird feeder as often.

Birds won't get sick from the mucky moist feed.

3.  Holds up to 7 quarts - 7 pounds of bird feed.

4.  Metal top cap and perches.

5.  The bottom cap easily removes and snaps back in for quick clean out.

6. UV inhibitor in the thick polycarbonate tube.

7.  Cardinals feed from it.

It is tough for squirrels to get at the perches.

Store - My Bird Feeder® & Cable Kits

We love to watch and feed wild birds.  We hated it when squirrels got into the existing bird feeders, so I invented a new style of squirrel resistant bird feeder.

Cardinals and Perches will stand on the metal perches and feed for several minutes at a time.

My Bird Feeder® is squirrel resistant, has a  metal top cap, metal perches and it holds approximately 7 pounds of bird feed.  It is nice to not have to go out in unpleasant weather as often to refill the bird feeder.

I developed and have cable kits to raise and lower your bird feeder from tree branches or other secure items. They are easy to assemble and very easy to use. They help to make it tough for the squirrels to get at your bird feeder and bird feed.   A link to an on-line instructional video is included with each cable kit.

Benefits of a Cable Kit to raise & lower your bird feeder.

It is relatively easy to install these cable kits to raise & lower My Bird Feeder® from a tree branch or other secure item.

It is easy to raise a  bird feeder that has 7 pounds of feed in it.

You don't need a long pole to raise the full bird feeder up to the hook that holds it.

My stainless steel cable doesn't drip rust onto the  clear plastic and cause rust stains.

The stainless steel cable doesn't fray like a normal steel cable.  The frayed out cable gives you micro cuts on your hand.

This shows the Rain Diverter - This helps keep the moisture away from the perches. Less moist - mucky feed. Less cleaning required!
